I'm curious to see if this book will help me with that as so far, I've really been relying on my instincts and past experiences.
I did a 21K at Chennai marathon in 2hr 13mins. I'm continuing training to at least keep up the same pace while focussing a bit more on strength training this year. I want to do a Devil's Circuit by end of this year.
